Urban Scoop brought its handcrafted, small-batch ice cream concept to West Chester in July 2026. The shop offers globally inspired flavors, bubble waffle creations, various carbonated lemonade flavors, and other desserts (including egg and gluten-free options).

The West Chester location is at 503 E. Gay Street. Urban Scoop currently lists hours of noon to 10 p.m. daily. Other locations in Exton & Lansdale.
