A new hotel is under construction at 205 Carter Drive in West Goshen Township, near West Chester University. The project will replace an existing office, warehouse and manufacturing building with a three-story hotel.
West Goshen Township granted final land-development approval in September 2025. Demolition of the former building was completed by summer 2026, with site preparation and construction activity underway. BT Carter Drive LLC is the applicant for the project. Earlier township documents referenced a 200-room hotel, while a March 2026 plan revision calls for 192 suites.
