A new residential proposal is being considered for the former Burger King property at 410 South High Street. The latest concept calls for 42 owner-occupied townhomes, replacing earlier plans for a large apartment building.
The revised plan was presented to the West Chester Planning Commission in July 2026. More recent concept details describe a four-story development below the Borough’s 45-foot height limit, with two-car parking, private decks and patios, and a brick exterior. The project remains in the proposal and review stage.
