Axle Square is an approved redevelopment at 210-214 W. Washington Street that will replace the former Yarnall’s Garage property and two attached homes with eight individually owned townhomes.
Four homes are planned along W. Washington Street and four along Patton Alley. West Chester Borough currently lists the project as approved but not yet constructed. Axle Square LLC is the developer and property owner. Zappitelli Homes currently lists Axle Square among its available West Chester communities.
