West Chester Porchfest Is Back — And It’s Free
One of West Chester’s most beloved community events returns on Saturday, May 16 for its 5th year. Porchfest runs from 1–7 PM (rain or shine) through the Southwest quadrant of the borough — from Church Street to Bradford Avenue and Miner to Price Streets — where local musicians volunteer their time and talents performing live on the porches and front lawns of the neighborhood’s historic homes.
It’s entirely free to attend. Attendees stroll from porch to porch at their own pace, discovering everything from folk and acoustic to rock and jazz, with food trucks along the way. The event is family-friendly, organized by the West Chester Green Team, and presented by the West Chester Downtown Foundation.
The 2026 schedule and interactive map are already published at WestChesterPorchfest.com — worth checking ahead of time so you can plan your route.
